MIGRATION –NEW DEVELOPMENTS (SPRING 2013)
“Migration: New Developments” – the second edition of the Norface Compact Series reviews a selection of both on-going and completed studies. The variety of topics covered is a testatment to the breadth and the complexity of issues addressed in the Norface Migration Programme, ranging from migrants’ decision to the welfare of their children and other family members to the effects on sending and receiving communities and countries.

VISITING RESEARCHERS PROGRAMME (UNU-GCM)
The Visiting Researchers Programme of United Nations University Institute on Globalization, Culture and Mobility (UNU-GCM) gives qualified researchers an opportunity to research topics related to globalization, culture and mobility, in line with current research programmes, and to participate in UNU-GCM activities. Visiting Researchers typically spend a residency of 3 to 6 months at UNU-GCM. UNU-GCM is currently offering two Visiting Researchers positions for its research programme on Migration, Media and Intercultural Dialogue in Barcelona, Spain.
